About Dr. Diltaj Singh

Diltaj Singh, DPM, was born and raised in Great Falls, Virginia, and is honored to serve the community he proudly calls home. His philosophy of care is centered on trust, personalized attention, and helping patients throughout Northern Virginia and the DMV area stay active, confident, and pain-free.

Dr. Singh earned his undergraduate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2019. He completed advanced foot and ankle surgical residency training (PMSR/RRA) at One Brooklyn Health in Brooklyn, New York, where he proudly served as Chief Resident during his final year. His training included complex reconstructive surgery, trauma care, limb preservation, and advanced forefoot correction.

Today, Dr. Singh co-founded Singh Foot & Ankle Healing Center with his brother, Dr. Shaan Singh and specializes in cosmetic minimally invasive foot surgery, offering procedures such as bunion, hammertoe, and bone spur correction performed comfortably in-office under local anesthesia — without hospital stays or surgical hardware. His approach prioritizes precision, natural aesthetics, and faster recovery.

He also provides advanced regenerative medicine and non-surgical therapies, including stem cell–based injections, adipose tissue allografts, Class IV laser therapy, shockwave therapy, and SWIFT® microwave technology for plantar warts. Through detailed dynamic and static gait analysis, he designs custom 3-D printed orthotics using state-of-the-art gait plate technology and laser scanning to address the root cause of biomechanical dysfunction.

Through ongoing education, national conferences, hands-on surgical labs, and collaboration with leading experts in the field, he continuously brings the most advanced, evidence-based treatments to his patients in Northern Virginia and the surrounding DMV area.
