Custom 3-D printed orthotics are shoe inserts made for your feet alone. Each pair is designed around the structure and function of your feet to support alignment, ease strain on muscles and ligaments, and improve comfort. Dr. Diltaj Singh designs every pair.

Our process

1. 3-D foot scan: your feet are laser-scanned in 3-D.
2. Biomechanical evaluation and gait analysis: a detailed assessment of how your feet, ankles and legs move. For the static and dynamic gait analysis, you stand, walk and do balance exercises on a pressure-sensing gait plate that measures your walking pattern, balance and pressure distribution in real time.
3. Design: Dr. Diltaj Singh combines your scan and gait data with his clinical experience to fine-tune your prescription.
4. 3-D printing: your orthotics are printed to that exact prescription, for comfort and support in daily life and sport.

Custom orthotics vs. store-bought insoles

• Store-bought insoles come in standard sizes, shaped for an average foot.
• Custom orthotics are made from your own 3-D scan and gait data, to Dr. Diltaj Singh’s prescription.

What to expect

• Your visit: about 30 to 45 minutes for the scan, evaluation and gait analysis.
• Your orthotics: ready about two and a half weeks after your visit.
