We are a concierge, fee-for-service practice and do not bill insurance directly. Prices on this website are for information, may change without notice and are confirmed before treatment. Some services, including surgery, stem cell injections and Liposana®, are priced at consultation.
For select procedures, including ingrown toenail treatment and all surgeries, we provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed. We accept major credit and debit cards, and FSA and HSA cards.
